AI AFO is a free project-evidence reader and private research workspace for AI and data-center infrastructure.

Start in Projects, select an area or the separate Without coordinates catalog, and open Project evidence. Save copy retains a public record; Saved → Open project research lets you keep journal entries, folders, selected files/photos, dates, and reviewed briefs.

Public data can be incomplete, outdated, or unavailable. Missing values do not mean zero or absence. Check original sources. Projects without coordinates receive no invented map pin or directions. EPA results are possible matches that you choose to link; identity is not verified. Automatic county notices are unavailable, so use official source links and enter dates yourself.

Use Check source updates to compare copies before adopting changed public information. Automatic checks start off. Background checks and reminder delivery depend on iOS settings and timing.

For portable research, Menu → Research recovery exports an unencrypted file. Keep it private and inspect the restore preview. It includes original attachments and their metadata. Briefs start public-only; select private additions deliberately and inspect them before sharing.

For app support, describe the screen and steps, your app version, and whether public data was available. Redact private details.

Location permission is optional. You can browse the map manually and change location access in your device's Settings app. Public facility records may be incomplete or stale; open a record's linked source to review the original information.

AI AFO is free forever. Bronze, Silver, and Gold are optional one-time tips that support the same project without unlocking functionality. Nothing renews automatically. Apple handles payment and refund requests. Consumable tips cannot be restored or transferred between devices; you can review them in your Apple purchase history. A verified tip pauses optional menu reminders on that device for 12 months, regardless of the amount.
