AI AFO is a public-evidence reader and private research workspace, not an authoritative facility inventory, property-access guide, safety assessment, or live status service. Public records can be partial, conflicting, or outdated. A mapped point is not necessarily an entrance. Check linked original sources before relying on a record.

The app is distributed through Apple's App Store. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement provides the license terms for the downloaded application unless a different agreement is presented by Apple.

Bronze, Silver, and Gold are voluntary one-time tips. They support the same project and provide no additional app functionality. Every core public-information feature remains available to people who never tip. The app shows Apple's localized price before purchase; the intended U.S. prices are $1.99, $4.99, and $9.99, respectively. App Store pricing and billing are authoritative.

Tips are consumable in-app purchases. They do not automatically renew and cannot be restored or transferred between devices. Apple handles payment, purchase history, and refund requests. AI AFO keeps a local thank-you for the latest verified tip and pauses optional tip reminders for 12 months. This acknowledgment is not a complete purchase history or an entitlement to extra features.

AI AFO uses Apple map services and public facility-data sources. Opening source records or directions may take you to another service with its own terms and privacy practices. Source attribution and links appear in the app. AI AFO does not promise complete geographic coverage or that any listed facility has a particular current status.

AI AFO provides access to public project records and tools for keeping private research. Public information is supplied by independent sources and may be incomplete, inaccurate, conflicting, or outdated. AI AFO is not an official planning, permitting, environmental, compliance, safety, legal, or investment authority. Verify relevant original records and contact the appropriate authority before relying on them.

Map locations may be approximate; a pin is not a verified entrance. Environmental search results and user links do not verify project identity. Community questions are research prompts, not findings of harm or noncompliance. Automatically discovered county notices are unavailable.

You are responsible for the content you import and for having the right to use or share it. Public accessibility of a source link does not grant rights to redistribute the linked document. Dataset attribution, licence notices, source links, and indicated changes accompany provider records where supplied; provider rights remain applicable. AI AFO does not claim ownership of third-party records.

Private research is stored locally. Exported briefs disclose the content you select. Recovery files are unencrypted and may contain all private research and original-file metadata. Protect exported copies and keep recovery copies when needed. OS scheduling, network access, source availability, and notification settings may prevent or delay updates or reminders.
