Check your connection and try again. The publisher may have moved or temporarily restricted the page. Note the document title and original link when reporting the problem. A broken link does not mean the record never existed.

Sensitive dossiers need a successful matching availability check within 24 hours. Connect to the internet, open About and choose Check availability now. Withdrawn content stays unavailable. Ordinary discoveries remain usable offline.

Archive search requires a connection and depends on the selected provider. If it is busy or rate-limited, wait for the indicated cooldown and retry. Curated search remains available on your device.

Saved items stay on your device and do not sync between devices. Uninstalling the app removes them. A saved discovery may become unavailable after a correction or withdrawal. Do not uninstall to troubleshoot saved-item access; use Retry saved-item access in About first.

Bronze, Silver and Gold are optional one-time tips, not subscriptions. Every feature remains free. Apple shows the price in your currency and asks you to confirm the purchase. You can cancel that sheet without tipping.

If a price is unavailable, use Retry on the Support screen. A pending purchase may require Apple approval; do not repeatedly purchase while it is pending. After a verified tip, the app pauses occasional dossier support invitations for 90 days. You can still open Support from About.

Tips are consumable purchases and do not unlock a restorable entitlement. For billing or refund questions, use Apple’s purchase support. Please do not email payment-card details.

Use our correction guidance and identify the discovery and supporting source.
